Ginger: This kitchen staple can help increase blood flow and boost metabolism thanks to its thermogenic properties. When consumed raw in hot water or tea/kada, it can aid digestion, relieve cold, lower cholesterol, and more.

Bajra: Flavonoids, lignin and phytonutrients contribute to many antioxidant properties in this nutrient-rich millet. Adding bajra to your diet can fight infections, anti-ageing and rejuvenate skin health.

Jaggery: Jaggery or “gud” is an excellent source of iron, when consumed in small amounts, it can boost overall digestive health and prevents constipation due to its laxative properties.
